Who Mowed It In The Dew Before Dawn

They leveled my favorite field to take pictures in (the one you can see in my header). It was always so lovely at sunset, each narrow stem catching the dying rays of the sun. It's been flattened now, although they have planted some saplings in it and it might be pretty in spring. Still, I was sad to cross the trampled ground, feeling quite exposed to the open sky...

I'm so sorry about your field. I always hate that feeling when something I enjoy has been destroyed. It kind of makes your heart beat oddly, doesn't it?

aw bummer:( I lived in this cool old house in college with a huge overgrown front yard that felt like the secret garden, but one day the landlord had it all chopped down without any notice and it was really sad...so I guess I can kind of relate. - I love the navy and beige together!

Sorry about the field. There's been a great forgotten orchard near my Grandma's house when I was a kid. So beautifuil and magical I'm still heartbroken because of it. One day it was just gone, and there's shopping mall there now. So sad.
Love the outfit - I'm wearing a very similar one now, thogh my skirt is brown tweed and the jacket is in chocolate color)

Sorry to hear about your field. I'm sure you'll find lots of other pretty places to take pictures in.
These pictures turned out great! I just love your striped top and brown skirt combo.
