This dress is really such a spring piece, but unfortunately warmer weather still feels rather far away so I had to bury some of the nicest details under layers. I'm a broken record, but: this will be so nice to wear in the spring and summer. I'm just dying for bare legs and open-toed shoes. Summer always means freedom to me. Weather to comfortably linger outdoors in. With later sunsets, the time to enjoy life. But it's still a ways off and we almost had another snow storm just yesterday--local schools and flights were cancelled in preparation for an event that never arrived. The miserably cold rain felt nearly as bad as a blizzard...

    I love how your hair turns out! Remember when you just cut it too short and you couldn't help but to cover it up with hats? Well, now you don't have to coz it looks awesome!
