Oh.

My friend helped me snap these photos quickly on another brisk day when staying indoors was more advisable than going out. Trousers aren't usually my style, but I like how they punctuated my quirky "oh" flats from Loly in the Sky. And how great is that punctuation on the flats themselves? Not an oh paired with an exclamation point of wonder or surprise, or the trailing ellipses of questions, but almost a bored period ending everything short. As in, "Oh. I should be excited? No thanks."

You look great in trousers. I never wore trousers until persuaded to do so by friends a few months ago. They were well outside my comfort zone and I am still not fully used to wearing them even now. I started a blog on my experiences http://rebeccatriestrousers.blogspot.com

You've made me want to take pictures in a library! I love the collegiate and sort of secretive feel of these. Also love the attitude of those flats.

You look so cute in these trousers :) The whole outfit reminds me of Audrey Hepburn. And that sweater is cute beyond words.

I like these photos. some days going outside for outfit pictures is just impossible! book stores and pretty libraries make beautiful backdrops.
