Roof Over Your Head

My housemates had some evening hang-outs on our roof over the summer, but for some reason I have rarely ventured out on to it. The other day I was admiring the view from the window leading to the roof and thought that with all the houses near us sprinkled with snow it was quite a pretty sight and decided to venture out for a set of pictures. The snow feels like a rather permanent part of the landscape at the moment and it's rather hard to remember hot summer nights when longing for a breeze made a rooftop hang out so appealing. My neighborhood does look decidedly more festive blanketed in snow and viewed from above.

Outfit details:
Zara coat (similar)
self-made necklace
Marais USA loafers
J Crew Edie purse (sold out, similar)

  6. I starting to miss winter. I can dress better in winter. Although it doesn't snow here, so everything looks about the same except for some of the the plants. And it rains which I love.

  7. What a great view!! I agree that it looks especially magical with a fresh coat of snow. I wish my roof was more conducive to hang-outs, but it's far too peaked.
