I saw this hat on sale and I couldn't resist. I mean, I usually avoid cutesy things, but occasionally I can't say no to them (and why should I?). It is definitely cozy--perfect for the last bit of wintry weather we're experiencing and it adds a lot of personality to the most basic outfits. I told myself that the sober grey tone would keep the silliness grounded, but I've noticed people have a hard time maintaining a straight face when talking to me while I'm wearing it...

Outfit details:
This hat is perfect! And it's so ridiculously great with your outfit. I don't know why anyone would avoid cutesy things; they just make you happy. The world needs more of that. :)

I love the hat! Its cute and fun but- I think at least- avoids being cutesy. There's no face on the hat and no matching mittens like kindergarteners have (which is adorable for them), and, as you said, the dark, rich colors ground the look!
ReplyDeleteI love the dress Rebecca and you look uber cute in that hat!!;o) What do you think of cobalt tights with that dress, would that be a good combination?
ReplyDelete@Anonymous, personally I don't really like blue and purple together like that, but that's just personal preference--it could look cute.
