The Nutcracker on Crack Couture

If you haven't been able to tell from my random prancing in my pictures, I love ballet. I see the Nutcracker performed every few years and this year I'm visualizing the characters in my favorite designers. Wouldn't the Nutcracker stun in couture? I have left out certain characters for the purpose of brevity.
Wouldn't Clara look sweet in this Viktor and Rolf creation to take her from childhood to adult and back again in one night? And doesn't the Nutcracker seem like this type of guy?
As for the Sugarplum fairy she's strictly a Rodarte lady and the toy soldiers could march around in Balenciaga.
The Gypsies celebrate their travels across the world in Dries Van Noten and every one's favorite Arabian princess would choose Alessandro Dell'Acqua.
For the clowns the bold patterns of Christian Lacroix and the snow maidens would sparkle in Chanel.
The mice would be menacing in Givenchy and the magician has no costume, he merely is John Galliano.
