Snoozer Loser is an amazing indie label that I have been eyeing for ages and just now got my hands on a piece of theirs. In addition to making pretty dresses (which are sweet without being saccharine), they offer a number of accessories; their hand printed scarves feature designs from scarabs to antique scissors and birdcages. My dress has an antique crochet trim balanced with a pleated black cotton and so wearable for every season.
Speaking of seasons, summer is officially on its way and I've finally had a bit of sunshine to bask in. Now more than ever I'm excited to explore new areas in this grand wilderness and find a spot in the sun to curl up with a book. A friend from college will be visiting me soon as well, which means I will also have someone (non-virtual) to share my haunts with. I'm also enjoying and appreciating this area right now because I know that at the end of the summer I will be gone and possibly I won't ever return to this region...
