It is technically Sunday, but there was no "Saturday Remix" last week due to Christmas, so I couldn't resist posting one now. I dug deep into my archives for this remix! I bought this striped dress at Zara when I studied abroad in Greece. Sadly, it has been missing since my move to Virginia this summer; meaning I either accidentally donated it to the local thrift shop or it's still in some box that has yet to be unearthed...
Love the last shot!
ReplyDeleteIt's so annoying when clothes go walkabout, I hope you find it again! Really lovely dress, and I love the playfulness of your photographs, particularly the last one - I always feel inspired by them to try something new with my outfit photos. Happy new year! xxx

I lost my sparkly blue tights when we moved too :(. Aw, I hope you find your dress! I have one similar to it, but without the pockets. The simple shape makes it very fun to remix, huh?

I know this is random, but which flip camera do you use for your videos? I am thinking of getting one, and have been really impressed with the ones you've put forth. Also, what do you think of the flip camera overall?
ReplyDelete@Anonymous, I have the Flip HD; it's rather basic. I like the camera & when I shoot outside the quality tends to be nice. However, it is a mixed bag b/c there's a lot of limits to what you can do with it; no timer, no special features, etc. But it's good for basic "point & shoot" features.
ReplyDeleteHi Rebecca! Love your dress! I especially like how you styled it in the third picture-clean and simple. By the way, HAPPY NEW YEAR!Have a blessed 2011 =)
ReplyDeleteLove the third one :)

I love this dress and all the ways you wore it. I hope it turns up soon!
ReplyDeleteI left two boxes full of clothes and assorted things at my dad's place, but then he put them all in storage, and forgot to LABEL them. So I would have to go through all the boxes to find my missing clothes. This is more difficult, since i live on a different country. So I hope you find your dress!!! (Maybe you could try drafting a pattern for it, to try to recreate it?)
