This scallop neckwarmer by Janelle Haskin is rather like wearing a cozy straightjacket. Actually my father was teasing me about wearing it around the house, then he touched it and declared "wow, that's soft!" It was a quick conversion. I really like the way it looks with my military-inspired black coat; a quiet play of soft and hard elements.

I am in love with that scallop neckwarmer! Its amazing. The pattern looks very victorian.
ReplyDeletePerfect for the weather we're having right now.
The skirty look of the military coat, though, still gives it a very feminine feel when you combine them together.
ReplyDeleteIt's a juxtaposition, but also a parallelism at the same time!
I love it. It's very granny but with a modern, youthful twist. I'd wear it. And I don't do crochet/yarn. As always, you look charming.

I love the colours of this outfit very much. I laughed about the straightjacket comment - but to me it looks stylish and warm...
