Another Saturday, another remix! I wasn't sure of this dress when I first got it (from Modcloth over a year ago); it's an unusual color for me and the shape is not at all typical of my style, but it's become quite the standby. Here's a few ways I've worn it in the past.

Lovely versatile dress, I'm always looking for one like this that can be worn so easily :)
ReplyDeleteIt's the sort of shape I wouldn't know what to do with, but I think it really works due to it's colour. It matches so many landscapes so perfectly, and really lets accessorizing colours shine!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous dress! I'm mostly envious of the snow in the first picture...I'm so ready for the cold! :-)
ReplyDeleteI love love love the yellow in the last image!
ReplyDeleteWhat post is the first photo from?? I love those boots!
ReplyDeletewhat a pretty dress; and it looks so versatile too! restyling pieces is always something i can never quite manage, i always end up wearing things in the same way (bit boring!).

cute!
ReplyDeleteLove the bottom one the most, it falls really nicely and the socks are perfect with it :-)

It's such a pretty dress, with such a unique, versatile shape! I especially love the first look with the snood and the leather jacket.

Isn't that the dress Modcloth named after you? Did it surprise you that it was the dress they chose for you? I think it looks lovely on you but isn't the most representative of your style. A navy dress with a horse print would have made more sense to me!
ReplyDelete=^.^= WHOAAaaa~ You look so gorgeous~♥
ReplyDeleteI love how flowy the dress is, especially the sleeves.
ReplyDeleteIsn't this the Clothes Horse dress from Modcloth? I always thought it echoed your blog's background design... loved how you styled it each time.
ReplyDeleteOh my god, that's one nice dress! So feminine.
ReplyDeleteOften, dresses which are really roomy and drapey like this one become my favourites just because they're so comfortable! The snow picture is pretty darling.
ReplyDeletePretty dress! Love the ways you have worn it espescially the first, and last ways. Very cute! Nice blog!

Your blog always inspires me and makes me want to go shopping or style new outfits from my closet!
ReplyDelete@Gillian, yes, it did surprise me, but I actually voiced my concern with them (for the reasons you stated) and they offered me a couple of other options. In the end, I requested a trial with the dress and after seeing how versatile it was, I accepted it even though it wasn't characteristic of my style. But yes, it was an interesting choice I think. :)
ReplyDeleteabsolutely LOVE that dress!!! :D lovin your entire blog!! (= am following you now! hope you can check out my blog as well! (=
