This dress was one of the first pieces in my modest horse print collection. Horse prints are slowly becoming popular, so it's been rather fun to find them in all sorts of shops and allows me to be picky about fabric and silhouette. It will be marvelous one day when I have loads of horse print items--a true collection in every sense. Then perhaps I'll move on from horse printed clothing and into little horse figurines...I just have to stop moving long enough to have a place for knick-knacks (I still haven't unpacked my winter coats yet!).

Outfit details:
UO bomber
Cynthia Rowley tights
vintage Coach purse
I'm loving horse print too, as you know, but I'm really picky about what kind and fabrics, so I don't have a lot...yet.

I really like the jacket you've worn in this post and a few lately! Its hard to not look too encumbered in dresses, and this looks like you are ready for anything. (:

i adore this. i've been looking for a lovely horse print dress myself. to be honest, i've been looking for anything horse print, but i'm picky as well! lovely. x
ReplyDeleteyour obsession with horses - I have it, but with cats and (lately) foxes :) the latter is harder to find though, which makes it more fun.
ReplyDeleteLove the dress you picked! Hope you had a great Halloween! ~jen
ReplyDeleteI have seen alot of horse prints around too, however I wish they would make more fox prints because that's a print that you don't see too much around. I have only seen things like bunnies, horses, and deer.
ReplyDeleteAh, I love this dress on you so much!! I have a friend who collects model horses (she also rides horses, and has been since she was very young). I don't know if she has any horse print clothing, but I'll have to show her your blog, I think she would appreciate all of your horse clothes!
ReplyDeleteoh my, this dress is so cute Rebecca! I adore it :) Have a great day! x
ReplyDeleteLove this outfit! Bomber jackets are my favorite jacket style.
ReplyDeletePreeeetty! Love the horseprint :-) and such a beautiful location you're at!
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I just bought a cat print dress and wore it for Halloween...huge fan of the animal prints that are coming in lately. Yours looks absolutely great styled this way...your legs look miles long and I like the toughness of that jacket!

You look like a breath of fall fresh air! I love you in a good horse print too. It suits you well:)
ReplyDeletei love this dress. the colour and shape are just perfect and the unique print just makes it that much better.
ReplyDeletehorse prints suit you well. Every time I see a horse necklace, or a horse print I always think of you. They're like your little signature :]
ReplyDeleteI enjoy that horse print dress so much. Your bomber jacket is perfect with it.
ReplyDeleteI love this dress, I have to say, the bodice is my favorite part. I love very close to the neck tailored bodices, its far less detracting to the garment than a super low cut draped neck line. Plus that dress with the tights is a great combo, because the shoes match the tights I just think how you can barely tell were the shoe starts looks cool. Great post!
ReplyDeleteWhenever I see this horse print, I always think of Miu Miu and the iconic bird print... and then I think of how much I want/need something with a similar print on it. :(
