In my quest to wear more separates I do believe this skirt will be invaluable. Camel was all the rage last year and I wasn't crazy about it then, but I do love it in this flippy skirt...although I would probably like this exact skirt shape and length in every color under the sun. I took these pictures over on Fort Monroe; sometimes when I leave my house and run into people every place I'd like to be alone in the paths near my neighborhood, I hop in my car and drive to Fort Monroe. It's always pleasantly deserted there especially on brisk days like this one was.

You look adorable, as always. I also used to work at Fort Monroe and was terribly sad that it was under BRAC. It is one of the most beautiful places, with all the Navy fleet passing it by. Just lovely.

You always have such beautiful scenery in your outfit photos :) By the way I love the skirt!
ReplyDeleteI love your black pattern/camel solid combination! Darling! I, for one, am pretty obsessed with camel,(aka tan,) but it is key not to fall for every trend that sails along. I am so in love with those little flippy skirts that seem to be coming into style! So great for tucking in blouses/sweaters!
ReplyDeletethis outfit is total perfection. Every last drop of it. Lovely.
ReplyDeletethat skirt is perfect for you. i could see why you'd want it in every color.
ReplyDeleteThis outfit reminds me of one of Kallie's (of Happy, Honey, and Lark). So adorable! I need to get a shirt like that...

Pretty and cool :)
ReplyDeleteThat camel skirt is definitely a great staple piece. It has such a nice shape and I love how it looks with your gingham top.
ReplyDeleteI really like tops buttoned all the way up. I've been wearing mine with statement necklaces, it's such a cute look. Also, I love your short hair, I took that step last summer. The pixie was super fun, but I am now growing it out (NOT so fun).
