Down Time

My weekend was sort of the perfect mix of friends and family, rest and productivity. It's been awhile since things felt like they were in balance. Too many days have been spent running around like a chicken with its head chopped off. But this weekend was different--there seemed time for everything I had to get done as well as browsing a thrift shop (it had been too long) and enjoying a local diner with my parents. Down time--it's a beautiful thing.

I'm glad you had a good weekend! I love those times when you get a lot done, but it doesn't feel stressful or crazy. The best!
I love your outfit, and the top/belt combination especially. The sweetness of the shirt and the edginess of the belt is awesome.
Have a great day!

Love the color mix here, especially that you went with brown shoes instead of black. Taking notes. :)

I love those wonderfully well-balanced weekends. Your blouse is beautiful, and I like that you paired it with an all-black silhouette!

This is my most favourite of your outfits! You look simply stunning, especially in the first shot. The colours in your top are so flattering! I went straight to the ASOS link to try to buy one, but alas, they are not made in my size.
The top goes so well with the skirt and belt, and the shoes are to die for! xx

I've taken photos here before - it was literally the first place I found to take photos upon moving to PA! It's funny to see you in places I recognize, kind of surreal actually. This dress is beautiful on you -and those shoes! Amazingly adorable

I love this outfit; I'm not sure what here is different to your usual style, but I definitely feel like it's got something else.
