In 1961 Disneyland opened it's door to a lucky senior class for an all-night prom. As you might be able to guess--it looks like one magical night. Most of these photographs were taken by Ralph Crane who managed to capture couples in the most endearing moments against Disney's bright and playful backdrop. I don't know if they bothered to crown a prom queen that night, or let all the girls be princesses...
