My Favorite Prints

I try to hesitate to say "favorite" when describing something on the blog because too soon it's time for another blog post and the word pops up again and it loses all meaning. Not everything can be a favorite and most favorites are defined by longevity--the pieces we go back to again and again or the store that always has something that appeals to us. Even my favorite designers to look at just for inspiration change as their own style changes and strays away from my personal taste. With all that said, I do feel authentic writing, many of my favorite prints come from the brand Princess Highway. They're just consistently so good and classic; they reference my favorite things in nature and always have a timeless feel to them. Some of my favorite fox prints are from Princess Highway; I've had them for years and will wear them again and again--they're the type of pieces I throw on when I'm not sure what to wear and I just want an easy piece to feel good in. So I was pretty excited when they sent me a few new pieces from their latest collection. In this post, I'm wearing their new flower and bee print (which comes in a second colorway & as separates); it reminds of vintage flower illustrations and I love the amount of detail in it. It's a gorgeous piece that suits summer flowers, but the navy version also teases me towards autumn (which I'm already looking forward too). Princess Highway just launched a new site and they're stuffed to the brim with lovely pieces from classic knits to comfy-looking jumpsuits.
