ReplyDeleteI love your dress so much! It reminds me of a very holy marriage between Lover and Permanent Vacation... for some reason.
And that ring! I think I've only seen you and Rihanna wear a two fingered ring, and I think I like it on you so much better! Are you able to type with the ring on, and do you ever forget you're wearing it and suddenly desire to spread your fingers? These are the main obstacles I face in acquiring such a ring.
love, Jenny
simple but beautiful....lovely coat also
ReplyDeletethat ring is seriously amazing, but is it comfy? i would think my hands would feel so restricted with two of my fingers bound.

ReplyDeleteold gold is the best! i go there all the time. it's tiny and fantastic. oh, and i love it so much when you post emily dickinson poems - she's my favourite! a fantastic article compared her poems to kate mcgarrigle's songs (she died last week... so sad).

ReplyDeleteI adore these photos. I know you used an Emily Dickinson quote, but they're kind of screaming Nathaniel Hawthorne or Edgar Allen Poe to me. Gothic goodness, you know? Anyway, they're very moody, in a good way. Plus TEN!

ReplyDeleteI've never tried a double finger ring because I've always assume they'd be weird-feeling and in-the-way? No?

ReplyDeleteCarmen.xx.
This dress is beautiful, Rebecca. I love that the hills are undressing. You always pick the best quotes.
ReplyDeletepretty dress! love the simplicity.
ReplyDeleteIt feels like there is a story hidden in a secret compartment in that ring. Or that characters in a Wes Anderson stop motion film were somehow dipped in gold and gilt and stopped in time to adorn this ring. One day they will reawaken and tell you every thought they ever had while witnessing your beautiful, charming life.
ReplyDeleteI love this outfit. It's kind of goth, but with a feminine take that only you can do.
I love the fallen leaves and the crisp clear sky of your state. I wish it were the same here, but we only have stainless steel sky and snowflakes.
XOs

That ring is perfect for you! Feminine, delicate, yet with an edge... perfectly whimsical, as is the outfit!

ReplyDeleteLove that coat on you, and that ring literally packs a punch! XDD
ReplyDeleteOnce again a lovely outfit, with a slight retro vibe, sort of reminds me of Rhiannon Leifheit, liebemarlene and her style.
ReplyDeleteAbout two days ago I saw you on TV, more precisely a picture of you, on Fashion TV, they were talking about stripes and Marc Jacobs or something like that, but anyway you were there, I somehow felt proud of you ;D
You're such an inspiration...
Your ring is sold out. But I do love the stump ring and the bird house. So so cute! Have a great day.
