I snapped these pictures in my grandmother's gazebo. I've blogged from her house before and it's such a quirky, wonderful place. This will be one of my last posts from Maryland, as I'm heading to Virginia. I can't wait until we move into our new house around the 1st, but until then I'll be in temporary housing exploring my new surroundings.
Without even trying I somehow managed to find a dress that matches my really old cardigan perfectly and a nail polish in the same shade. I might be slightly addicted to this color.

Outfit details:
Banana Republic sweater (6 years old!)
UO dress
ASOS purse
Welcome to my little blog that blends a bit of nature, fashion, wanderings, and books in this dusty corner of the Internet. I hope you find it a moment of quiet in the wild today.

I agree with anahita; this is one of your prettiest sets of photos! I adore turquoise and it looks great with the burgandy bag.
ReplyDeleteThese photos are very pretty. The turquoise colour looks so spectacular against your skin and the contrast with the burgundy bag is wonderful.

What beautiful colors! I'd be addicted too! I think mint green, dusty rose, beige, and grey are my new favorite colors. Too bad I don't own anything in those colors!

Hey, you look great on blue. Wear them more often. Don't wear black all the time.
ReplyDelete@Vali, sorry I also love black and I'm still living out of suitcase and I'll wear what I want...
ReplyDeleteThis color is stunning on you. But, then again, so is black! You're choices are always amazing but it is fresh to see you in this beautiful color!
ReplyDeleteOh goodness, Rebecca. You're one of the few bloggers I know who can make teal blue animal print look girly, classy and pretty.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty outfit. It's true, you make animal print look classy & girly. I love it.
ReplyDeletefeel like a bit of a lurker commenting since i never really do but whatever.
ReplyDeletefor a six year old sweater it sure looks in good condition! and it also looks awesome on you. the blue colours contrast nicely with your hair.
speaking of your hair do you mind if i ask how often you dye it and what actual shade it is? I've been wanting to do something similar for ages but I can't afford to do really frequent upkeep and also not too sure what shade to get but our skin tones are v. similar so i thought i'd ask.
you look great! :)
Adorable outfit!
