House Like A Lotus

I snapped these pictures in my grandmother's gazebo. I've blogged from her house before and it's such a quirky, wonderful place. This will be one of my last posts from Maryland, as I'm heading to Virginia. I can't wait until we move into our new house around the 1st, but until then I'll be in temporary housing exploring my new surroundings.
Without even trying I somehow managed to find a dress that matches my really old cardigan perfectly and a nail polish in the same shade. I might be slightly addicted to this color.

Outfit details:
Banana Republic sweater (6 years old!)
UO dress
ASOS purse

  40. feel like a bit of a lurker commenting since i never really do but whatever.

for a six year old sweater it sure looks in good condition! and it also looks awesome on you. the blue colours contrast nicely with your hair.

speaking of your hair do you mind if i ask how often you dye it and what actual shade it is? I've been wanting to do something similar for ages but I can't afford to do really frequent upkeep and also not too sure what shade to get but our skin tones are v. similar so i thought i'd ask.

    you look great! :)
