Where There's Smoke

I nearly forgot I had these pictures--I took them on another early morning with my friend Jon before I left for Iceland. All my dawn shoots definitely prepared me for my visit to Iceland; when you're abroad for a brief period of time you try to maximize your days by rising early. Iceland was absolutely beautiful and despite some painful airport experiences I can't wait for my next opportunity to go abroad. For now I'm back to my usual haunts in Pennsylvania and there are things to look forward to in this state as well.

  1. These are so beautiful. I also like taking photos and I have really been inspired by you and your creativity with the camera. You choose colours, locations and light so brilliantly. But you have really surpassed yourself with these. They are great!

  2. So pretty. With all the smoke and that pretty hair pin, you look like some ethereal fairy or alien. A fashionable one, obviously.

  9. As usual, fantastic smoke shots. They seem to go especially well with the dress as it seems to be made of blue smoke too. Its like the dress (and you with it?!) are fading into the smoke!

I love your blue hair, your adorable dresses, and this fog is just so fierce! Will promise to stop by more frequently. Great work as usual. Xx
