Thomas likes to browse ancient, crumbling castles for sale in Ireland in his downtime. They're fun to admire, but it's also a little bit of a dream that maybe one day we'd own or live in one. Of course the living in part is more far-fetched than the owning because how would you ever make things work in a crumbling stone shell but this little cottage points to one possible solution. The wooden interior was built off-site then installed within the crumbling stone walls of an 18th century cottage. More here.
