Outfit: Around The Corner

We found this beautiful vine-covered wall along a little country road while out for a walk. The weather has been less than ideal many days since I've arrived, but the frequent rain has resulted in the most lucious landscape I've ever seen. Ireland really is as green as all the stories say right now. I rode my bicycle over to the gatehouse over the weekend and it was the loveliest evening ride--cows in the fields turned to look at me, there was a chorus of birdsong and sheep bleats, and a brief sprinkling of rain gave way to a brilliant rainbow. It was just one of those moments where you feel glad to be exactly where you are...then I had to bicycle up a hill and my legs hated me!

Confession: when we have many days of rainy, grey weather, I survive them by pretending I am living somewhere in the British Isles. I can imagine that actually being in Ireland is very good compensation for any inclement weather!

Dress and photography lovely as always.

How lovely! What a pretty scene to stumble across, and you fit into it perfectly. Love the dress, very sweet and summery.
