I really enjoy the ladylike meets psychadelic vibe going on at Cynthia Rowley's Resort 2013 collection. Classic lines are infused with a bit of fun from metallics for day and stud detailing--not surprising considering the inspiration: mylar ballons. The lookbook gives a nice nod to the inspiration with silver speech bubbles.
